Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested via email to services@singletonsmoke.com. Cancellations requested before 10 business days prior to the training date will be eligible for refund or a Credit Voucher for the full amount. (*If a credit card refund is requested, please note it will be minus credit card transaction fees*) Cancellations that are made after this time frame, the attendee and/or company with whom the order is placed will receive a credit voucher at the end of the season that may be used towards a future smoke school.
