Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested via phone call or email. Cancellations requested up to 7 days prior will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations that are made after this time frame, the private attendee and/or company with whom the order is placed will receive a credit that may be used towards a future smoke school.
